General Terms and Conditions – Cancellation and Registration Policy
Treatments & Home Visits
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations after 48 hours, 50% of the booked treatment time will be charged.
(In case of illness or symptoms of illness, I kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to protect everyone’s health. Of course, no cancellation fee will apply in such cases – as long as you inform me as early as possible.)
Workshops / Courses / Seminars / Events / Retreats
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the course up to 7 days before the scheduled start.
• Any expenses beyond the course fee (e.g. travel, accommodation) will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation, date or venue changes.
• A 14-day free withdrawal period applies.
• After that, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation or non-attendance, unless a replacement participant is provided.
Self-Exploration & Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that this course offers an opportunity for self-exploration, but does not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
I understand that self-exploration requires personal responsibility, and I take full responsibility and liability for my actions during and outside of the course.
